How can I be better than others in the Interview?.

Many students in my classes ask this question out of curiosity and tension building inside and off-cause to much competition out there in the market. How can I be better than others in the Interview? So being better is good, in-fact we need to strive hard to be better.
But the right question is from WHOM?
Is it just by comparing ourselves with other people or keeping a check on our performance too?
Let us understand we all are born with different fingerprints encoded in our body and none of the populations has the same prints. But as a individual we make choices which make us stand apart from that crowd, now that choices, decisions can be better or worse depending upon the decision maker stability and strength of emotional, physical and social intelligence.
Interview Skills depend upon all these qualities: which is called the balanced approach one can follow while getting interviewed in the group discussion without showcasing personal attack towards anyone. Education and necessary skills are equally important as your behavioral skills to represent the solution, ideas or in-fact opinions.

Tip #5 - Be Better than Yesterday
It is crucial to scan ourselves at every step, even if we fail at any step of our journey there are always lessons to learn and remember so that we work on making ourselves better than yesterday.
